Accomodation
The palapa casita is built on the principles of permaculture, with a double bed, en suit bathroom, a large living-dining room including a kitchenette equipped with fridge, stove and sink and a large patio that overlooks the jungle. Quartz has a comfortable double bed, it offers a serene sanctuary for relaxation. The room features a private bathroom with a soothing bathtub. Our space is a harmonious blend of a house and garden, intricately woven into the lush jungle, crafted by the very trees that surround it.

Studio Space
The art studio & library are specially designed for artists and creatives seeking a space to work and find inspiration. The art studio is situated in the trees, featuring ample natural light, spacious work areas, and art supplies to nurture artistic endeavours. The studios are equipped with comfortable seating, easels, and art materials, creating an ideal setting for artistic exploration.
Our kiln for pottery is underway… we hold a library, A large terrace (a multidisciplinary space I.E performance art, projection) and instruments acquired from around the world. The garden it’s self is a living laboratory

What do you charge?
While we operate as an Airbnb, our commitment is to provide artists with an affordable stay. We offer a discounted price for accommodation at MX$7900 a month, which includes house bills. However, artists are expected to purchase their own food and household necessities.
What is your application process?
To apply, simply submit your current portfolio and an artist statement. Let us know if you have any specific requirements for your project, so we can make suitable arrangements.
